Firm Founder, Larry S. Hyman, graduated from the University of Florida in 1975 with a BSBA in Accounting.  A licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) since 1979, Larry is a member of the American and Florida Institutes of Certified Public Accountants and also a member of the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustee's.  Since opening his own practice, Larry has performed various forensic and analytical accounting services for his clients and has consulted in bankruptcy cases and proceedings to ensure proper delivery and follow-through of court-ordered outcomes.
Since 1988 Larry has served as a Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 Trustee, a Chapter 11 Post Confirmation Trustee and a Chapter 11 Examiner in U.S Bankruptcy Court in the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.  Throughout his experience as a U.S. Bankruptcy Court Trustee, Larry has administered in excess of 30,000 estates and has been privileged to provide testimony in U.S. Bankruptcy and District Court proceedings. 
Larry has served as a Receiver and Assignee in Florida Circuit and Federal District Court cases since 1991.  He has served in a variety of civil proceedings and has operated and managed a variety of businesses  Often when taking control of or overseeing a business he must determine if the business is operated in accordance with all government regulations, company policies and procedures and good sound business practice. 
Larry is qualified as an expert for liquidation and litigation support in U.S. bankruptcy and circuit court cases.
